TAUNSA: The City Police in Taunsa carried out a major operation against drug trafficking and arrested a group of alleged drug dealers, including both men and women, officials said on Sunday.
According to police sources, a large quantity of narcotics was recovered during the operation. Cases have been registered against the suspects, and further investigation is underway.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of SHO City Police Station, Akhtar Shah, who has been leading efforts against criminal activities in the area. Local residents appreciated the police action and termed it an important step towards controlling the spread of drugs among the youth.
